Mike & Mary Lynn's Wedding

We had a great time being a part of Michael & Mary Lynn's wedding in Paso Robles. It was amazing how beautiful and peaceful the surroundings were. The wedding went off with out a hitch and we were there to cover some of the more impressive moments as a very emotional groom showed off his softer side when his gorgeous bride walked to him. From friends and family to late night cocktails, this wedding was definitely a winner!

Want to go on vacation again!

I want to go travelling sooooooooo bad! Our last trip was really fun. Here is a pic of Erica and our two best friends, Dave & Kat. This was taken on Frasier Island in Australia where you get to drive on the beach for miles and miles before you would see another living soul. It was an amazing trip overall and makes me think how badly we want to go and explore new stuff. Can't wait til we can save back up and get out there and take new photos with our friends and experience new cultures and sights!

Knight Family Shoot

We love this family! They are so beautiful and kind and little Curren is just soooooo cute! We photographed this along a trail that leads from a parking lot in Goleta to the beach with some beautiful stops along the way. Whale Watching

A few weeks ago I had the awesome opportunity to photograph an event of whale watching. It was really spectacular as we saw 9 whales and literally hundreds of dolphins and a few sea lions (not pictured). These are a few images from that afternoon and they capture only a small amount of the brilliance that these animals possess in real life. Enjoy!

Faux Wedding Shoot

With Brianna Stewart makeup and hair and model Julie Nail, we had a great time photographing a faux wedding shoot. Bri selected three different dresses and created a clean and fresh look, something of what you might see in a magazine. All of the hair and makeup was done by Bri and you can see excellent examples of her professional work in the images below. As far as the photography goes, Erica and I used natural lighting to give it a soft look while using poses that kept with the magazine theme. All in all, it was a lot of fun and we hope you enjoy the images!

Jay Leno and Misty May-Treanor

   

We had a great time photographing Jay Leno for the Sansum function a few weeks back. It was a benefit for the Cancer Center of Sansum and it was a great place for Mr. Leno to use his comic relief to help people laugh and raise over $1 million dollars for charity. He had everyone in the room in stitches as his famous, quick-witted, one-liners helped make the night a success. We also were able to listen to and photograph The Tonight Show band as they rocked the house til the end of the night.

     A few days later, Erica had the privilege of photographing 3 time Olympic gold medalist Misty May-Treanor. She was there to help a group of people from Liberty Mutual, who were staying at the Bacara Hotel, learn a few pointers for their game. She obviously scored points on and off the court.
